Our exchange and returns policy is limited. This is due to the liquidation pricing that we offer on closeout editions. All sales are generally final but if you receive a title that is not what you expected, and immediately contact us, we may be able to offer to exchange the title you ordered for one that is better for your needs.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No digital media product, including cassette tapes, is eligible for return or exchange if opened.

Shipping returns
If we are able to assist you with an exchange, we will provide you with a return-to address via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping the original order, and the exchange order, will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Your credit will be applied when we receive the product(s) you are returning.
